2021 DIAA Indoor Track (Polar Bear) Championship Information

Dover, DE (March 2, 2021) - The Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Indoor Track Championship meet is tomorrow, Wednesday March 3.  The Championship meet is being held at outdoors at Dover High School.  The boys meet will begin at 11 a.m. and the girls meet will begin at 3 p.m.  Due to COVID-19, the meet was moved outdoors.  Student athletes are eligible for the meet with only one (1) qualifying meet.  The minimum entry standards were eliminated and the top 16 entries in descending order will be accepted in each track event.  The top 12 entries in descending order will be accepted in each field event.  The flights were filled up to the existing entry limits.  In total, 22 boys teams and 22 girls teams are competing in the DIAA 2021 Indoor Track Championship. 
Ticket Information 
The DIAA Indoor (Polar Bear) Track Championship Meet will allow two fans per athlete.  Tickets will be pre-sold through each participating team’s school.   No tickets will be sold at the gate. 
Championship Meet - $7.00 Students (K-12) and Adults
All spectators will be required to wear DPH approved face coverings per the State’s Order and DPH guidelines. In addition, spectators must comply with all risk mitigation strategies while in attendance.
