Vocational technical students win at national conference
State officers from Delaware SkillsUSA recently brought home medals the 56th annual National Leadership and Skills Conference in Louisville, KY. More than 18,000 people attended - including students, teachers and business partners at the week-long event, which is a showcase of career and technical education students. Delaware SkillsUSA is proud to announce that students from three First State schools achieved national awards for their hard work. The top medalists from Delaware are listed below:
Silver Medal – Advertising Design – Joe Wilder – Sussex Technical High School (Sussex Tech)
