The Delaware Department of Education strives to provide actionable, timely data to all interested stakeholders. To improve this process, we have upgraded our systems to better serve you. Please read the directions below as our request process has changed slightly.
Data Requests from Delaware Department of Education or Public School/District Staff
If you work for the Delaware Department of Education or a Delaware public school/district, you can now access our data request system through the Department's Identity Management System, more commonly known as IMS. Go to DOE HelpDesk and log in using your IMS username and password. You will see "Data Request" along the right-hand side of the screen. Data Requests from the Public
If you are interested in Delaware education data and you do NOT work in Delaware public education, please download, complete, sign, and convert to PDF External Data Request Form. Email the completed and signed PDF to Adrian.Peoples@doe.k12.de.us with "External Data Request" in the subject line. Please note, you must complete all required fields and sign your data request in order for it to be processed. Incomplete external data request forms will neither be processed nor returned.
Please note that all external data requests go to the Department's External Data Request Committee (EDRC) for review and decision. The EDRC meets once a month. The Department of Education will notify you of the committee's decision within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved, DOE may require up to 45 business days from approval to provide the data.
