Nomination Statement

“Brandon has taken advantage of much that Sussex Central has to offer. Throughout high school, he has participated in football, wrestling, track and field, cross country, FFA, FCA, Best Buddies, Student Government, NHS, Prom and Homecoming Committees, Governor’s School of Excellence, AP and IB courses. In these programs, Brandon has won conference and state championships, competed in a national convention, held officer/leadership positions, and has achieved a 4.5 GPA and 1400 SAT score. Brandon attributes these achievements as a complete result of God’s blessings and has resulting in various scholarships and a hopeful future at Gordon College.”

My influence and inspiration to succeed comes fully from the Biblical teachings and principles I have received from my parents and the Lord. Throughout my life, I have held onto the verse Colossians 3:23, “Whatever you do, do with your whole heart, as unto the Lord and not unto man.” I am inspired to do well and strive for success because I am called to do so for the glory of God.
