The IDEA Parent Engagement Survey is given to the parents/guardians of children with Individualized Education Programs (IEP). The purpose of the survey is to provide districts/charters with feedback from parents/guardians regarding their satisfaction with the IEP process. Please note, you will receive this survey if your child has an IEP that began between 1/1/22 - 6/30/22.

Parents/guardians can complete the survey online using one of the links below. Advise families that they will not need to return the paper copy by mail if they complete the survey online. Each family should complete one survey per child (the child's IEP initiation date must fall between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2022).
