• IDEA Parent Engagement (PE) Survey

    The PE Survey is given to the parents/guardians of children with Individualized Education Programs (IEP). The purpose of the survey is to provide districts/charters with feedback from parents/guardians regarding their satisfaction with the IEP process. Please note, you will receive this survey if your child has an IIEP that began between 7/1/21 - 12/31/21.

    The results of the PE Survey are used to help districts/charters improve the special education and related services provided to children with IEPs. Your feedback is important. Please note,

    • Survey submissions are anonymous.
    • 11 Questions
    • Available in English, Spanish, and Hatian- Creole languages
    • May be returned by mail or completed online with the
