Signed Regulation 1011   amended June 2021


    The State Board of Education voted and approved Regulation 1010 on September 17, 2020 which provides guidance for member schools during the COVID-19 pandemic; focusing on the health, safety and well-being of student-athletes.  The DIAA Board of Directors relied on guidance from Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH), Center for Disease Control (CDC), National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), Sports Medicine Advisory Committee, DIAA Sports Medicine Advisory Committee (DSMAC) and the Governors State of Emergency orders for the creation of this emergency regulation.
