This workshop provides overview of the Student Improvement Component, explains how Measure A targets are set, how to set ambitious Measure B and C growth goals, common mistakes around goal-setting process, and how to avoid them. The package includes powerpoint presentation, facilitator notes, activities for educators and materials needed for this workshop. The full workshop is 2.5 hours long but can be adjusted based on time available.
