Procedural Steps for Year 4

• Upload “Reflection on the Mentoring Program for School Nurses” in Schoology after completion
• Complete and present Leadership Role Project utilizing Framework. (Access library on Schoology)
• Complete Scope and Standards Assessment
• Review and update 5 year plan

Year 4 Documentation to be Placed in the "CIP For School Nurses" Portfolio
