  • Thank you for considering the State of Delaware for employment in a public school in the State of Delaware. The Department of Education welcomes all applicants and will assist them in obtaining the appropriate licensure and certification for which they are qualified.

    The Delaware education system is comprised of 19 public school districts and 24 public charter schools. The Department of Education is pleased to present Join Delaware Schools, a new exciting way for applicants to submit their employment applications electronically. All job postings for the Department of Education and for SOME public districts and charter schools can be found on Join Delaware Schools and applications must be submitted online. For those public school districts and charter schools that do not utilize Join Delaware Schools, the applicant should contact the district or charter school directly.
