Welcome to the State of Delaware website on the SAT and SAT Subject Tests for families and students. This site is designed to provide parents, guardians, and families with education-related information and resources available to Delaware students as they prepare to take the nationally recognized SAT assessment.
The SAT and SAT Subject Tests are designed to assess a student's academic readiness for college. These tests provide a path to more opportunities, financial support, and scholarships, in a way that's fair to all students. The SAT and SAT Subject Tests keep pace with what colleges are looking for today, measuring the skills required for success in the 21st century. Our goal as a state education agency is to assist families and students throughout the state as students strive to be successful on the SAT. This allows all students to have more choices as they prepare to be successful in their future college and/or careers.
