Follow the instructions in the email that pertain to your situation. If you are graduating from a Delaware public high school, you only need to log on to your account and submit your enrollment information. We will collect your Cumulative GPA information directly from your school.

If you are graduating from a private, parochial, or homeschool you must follow the link and instructions on downloading the Grade Release Form.

If you are a returning college student, you must follow the link and instructions on downloading the Grade Release Form for College Students.

  • I can't create a new account.

    Posted by:

You may already have an account if you applied for scholarships previously, or filed a FAFSA and indicated you were a Delaware resident. You may email the office at dheo@doe.k12.de.us and include:

    - Your Full Name

    - Date of Birth

    - Email address

We can then determine if you have an existing account.

Due to the high number of emails and telephone calls, there may be a longer than usual wait for response.

  • I don't know what email I used to set up my account.

    Posted by:

Your account email is usually the email used when you filed your FAFSA. If you received an email notification from our office, then use that email address. If that doesn't work, you may email the office at dheo@doe.k12.de.us and include your Full Name, Date of Birth, and email address and we can determine if you have an existing account.

Due to the high number of emails and telephone calls, there may be a longer than usual wait for response.

  • I can only enter one school for enrollment but I am not sure which school I am attending.

    Posted by:

Because scholarship awards are based, in part, on enrollment eligibility, you may only enter one college in the enrollment section of the student account. This can be changed at any time until May 15th. After May 15th, you will need to email dheo@doe.k12.de.us to request the enrollment information be changed.

If your application is specific to one college/university and you change your enrollment prior to the scholarship being reviewed and awarded, it may impact your eligibility for that specific scholarship. Please review the eligibility criteria for each scholarship you wish to apply by visiting www.delawaregoestocollege.org/state-aid.

  • My spring tuition is due. Why isn't my spring scholarship payment made yet?

    Posted by:

Scholarship payments are not processed until the school/college/university verifies your enrollment. The Higher Education office contacts the school/college/university directly to request this information. Once this information is received, payments can be processed. It takes 4 - 6 weeks once verification is received for the payment to reach the school.  You can log on to your student account to see the status of your payment. If you have more specific questions about your payment, please email dheo@doe.k12.de.us and include your Full Name, Email address, and Date of Birth.
