- Southern Regional Education Board’s High Schools That Work school improvement framework and key practices
- Professional Learning Communities with emphases of teacher collaboration, common assessments, analyzing student data and addressing student instructional needs
- More rigorous educational opportunities for students, including dual enrollment opportunities and expansion of AP classes and STEM offerings
- Open access to students for CTE and advanced academic offerings
- Targeted academic support for students including increased student support during and outside of the regular school day through the TECHADEMIC Coaching program and daily scheduling practices
- TECHADEMIC Coaching program expanded to provide assistance and support for students enrolled in AP courses and Summer AP Acceleration Seminars implemented to accelerate students’ preparation for AP courses
- Aligned and rigorous curricula for all courses and programs
