Participation: About 29,946 third, fifth, eighth and tenth grade students enrolled in Delaware public schools participated in one or more sections of the 1994 Delaware Performance Assessment which measured their reading, writing and mathematics proficiency against established state standards. This was the second year of the program. Participation by grade level was:
