As the Director of the Financial Reform Resources workgroup, you will be responsible for the oversight, distribution and accounting of all State and Federal funding which flows through the Department. You will report to the Associate Secretary for Finance Reform and Resource Management and as core member of the Department’s management team you will be looked to for solutions and guidance on a range of financial issues facing the Department and public education generally.

The Teacher/Supervisor, Prison Education is a member of the Adult and Prison Education Work Group, College and Workforce Development Branch. The Teacher/Supervisor, Prison Education will be under the direct supervision of the Director for Adult Education.

The Department of Education is looking to fill two Adult Education Teacher positions: one at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna DE and one at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington DE.The Adult Education Teacher is a member of the Institution’s Prison Education Program that delivers an array of educational and vocational services to Level 5 offenders in preparation for a successful reentry into the community.
