Mission The Statewide Advisory Council on Programs for the Gifted and Talented (SACPGT) is an advisory body consisting of representatives from Delaware School Districts, Charter Schools, and Institutions of Higher Education. The purpose of the council is to provide leadership, advocacy, and guidance for informed decision making involving programs for the gifted and talented.
