Direct Educational Expenses

Direct educational expenses include:

Tuition
Mandatory fees
Books and supplies
Computer, if required by the institution

Transportation costs and other miscellaneous expenses are not included.

Grant and scholarship payments are sent by the Delaware Higher Education Office directly to the institution. Students wishing to use DHEO funds for books and supplies or a computer must make arrangements with their financial aid office for doing so.
