Dear Delaware Educator,
Professional development is the key to achieving the goals of the Advanced Placement Incentive Program and ensuring that we are indeed helping all schools improve student achievement.
The federally funded APIP high quality professional development plan can help you implement vertical articulation between your middle and high schools, train AP teachers in content area institutes, assist counselors in their efforts to counsel students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and reach out to parents of minority and low income students.
We will be happy to meet with school and district level educators to offer the experience and expertise that I have acquired as the APIP program manager and share the exemplary practices that have been established in Delaware.
