The Teacher Quality Enhancement (TQE) project was a federally funded, competitive grant award that funded assorted activities at the University of Delaware for 6 years, from 2004 through 2010. The intent of the program was to improve teacher effectiveness by increasing the number of special education teachers who are highly qualified in a content area. Instructional units are available in Science, ELA, Social Studies and Math.
