Instructions Please read before beginnning the application process. Provides some detail information on requirements for filing a Charter School Application with the Delaware Department of Education. Also provides a link to request an account to gain access to the Delaware Charter Application Management System (
CAMS)
- Budget Sheets (Five year projected budget of revenue and expenditures)
- Revenue Estimates (Required for each year of five year revenue budget projection for supporting documentation)
- Charter School Unit Review Rubric (This is used when completing the Educational Background section of the Charter Application. This will assist a school in providing unit information that will meet the Department of Education standards.)
- Curriculum Scope and Sequence Unit Review (This is used when completing the Educational Background section of the Charter Application. This will assist a school in providing unit scope and sequence documentation that will meet the Department of Education standards.)
- Charter School Unit Modification (This is used when completing the Educational Background section of the Charter Application. This will assist in modifying a previously approved unit to meet the needs of the school's population.)
