This following excel sheet is used only for Private Schools and Multi-Family Homeschools.
Re-opening Excel Sheet - There are 2 tabs Student and Staff. Every column must be filled out or the sheet cannot be processed.
For the Staff section, enter the number of full-time equivalent instructional staff by position employed in your school as of September 30, 2011. Full-time persons are counted as 1.0, and half-time persons are counted as 0.5. Compute and enter the total requested.
