The Delaware Code requires all nonpublic schools to register with the Department of Education (DOE). This includes both private schools and homeschools. Enrollment information is collected as of September 30 of the current school year and attendance information is collected at the end of the school year. Once you have registered with the DOE, a school code is issued, the school information is put on our database and the proper forms (enrollment and attendance) are sent at the appropriate times.
