Dr. Amelia Hodges is the Delaware Department of Education’s Associate Secretary for the Education Supports and Innovative Practices Branch. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Dr. Hodges completed her doctoral program in Educational Leadership with a concentration on Policy and Administration. She previously worked in the Christina and Smyrna School Districts and presently serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Delaware. Dr. Hodges began working at the Department of Education in 2000 and has since served as Education Specialist for Data Management; Education Associate for Quality Assurance; Education Associate for Professional Development; and Director for Career, Technical and Consolidated Programs.
