Dr. Raphael presented for the Diamond State Reading Association on January 15th before a crowd of 60+ members that included teachers, administrators and college students. (Handout attached. Click here. ) Dr. Raphael is currently director of Partnership READ, an organization dedicated to building capacity for high-quality literacy instruction in Chicago public schools to support students' improved literacy achievement through the standards-based change process (SBC).
