The Diamond State Reading Association is a professional non-profit organization of individuals who are concerned with the improvement of reading/language arts instruction at all levels as well as the preparation and continuing professional growth of educators. DSRA is the state affiliate of the International Reading Association, a worldwide organization with over 95,000 members.

The mission of the association is to serve as a professional educational network which promotes literacy for all learners.
