Post Secondary Institutions or Degree-Granting Institutions of Higher Education must be approved by the Delaware Department of Education in order to

  • incorporate in Delaware with the power to confer degrees
  • offer courses, programs, or degrees in Delaware

Must submit documentation of the following:

  • Mission and Goals
  • Accreditation
  • Current Course Catalog
  • Appropriate Fees
  • Any additional information requested by the Delaware Department of Education

  • Library
  • Education Resources
  • Instructional Technology
  • Assessment of Student Learning
  • Appropriate Fees
  • Any additional information requested by the Delaware Department of Education
