• To what extent can our school offer social and emotional  interventions based on the function (reason) for student behaviors?  The health/nutrition status of students? The physical fitness of students?   Risk factors of students?
• How can our school engage families and community in positive school behavior and intervention strategies?
• How can our school promote the development of decision-making skills that will help students set and achieve goals?
• To what extent can our school offer staff at every level the opportunity to participate in professional development activities that can expand their knowledge and competencies on how to support social and emotional development?
• What avenues can our school provide to help students acquire the attitudes, knowledge and interpersonal skills to help them understand and respect self and others?
