  • To what extent can our district support the schools in providing a positive and welcoming social and inclusive educational environment, where students can learn and teachers can teach, that fosters  acceptance and care for every student?
  • To what extent can our school provide and maintain a safe and healthy physical facility?
  • To what extent can our school understand how climate, behavior and safety relate to student success?
  • In what ways can our school use discipline as a learning opportunity, and implement positive strategies as an alternative to punitive measures?
  • To what extent can staff have the opportunity to participate in professional   development in the areas of school-wide proactive behavior strategies and classroom management?
  • How can our school enhance students’ positive perceptions of the school environment?
  • What professional development can occur to prepare the entire school community to respond appropriately to a crisis or emergency?
  • In what ways can our school recognize and promote before and after-school activities as a strategy to improve student behavior and learning?
  • To what extent can our students, staff, families and community partners feel safe,  welcomed and healthy in our schools?
  • To what extent can our students be transported to/from school safely, reliably and efficiently so that they are ready to learn.
