DPAS II Training for Specialists
DPAS II Training for Specialists: Now available online through the Professional Development Management System (PDMS)
All new specialists must be trained in components I-IV of DPAS II prior to their first DPAS II observation by a credentialed evaluator. This training may be delivered by the district/school as a group training or the specialist can complete DPAS II Specialist Training: 2012-2013, an online blackboard course, individually through PDMS. (Click here for Registration/Access Instructions) This course consists of 5 modules. Module 4 is currently under revision; therefore, the specialist shall complete modules 1-3 and 5. There is an Assurances Checklist at the end of the modules which the specialist may complete to receive 6 professional development clock hours.
