Common Core State Standards: Technical Subjects
Common Career Technical Core (CCTC) is a set of rigorous, high quality standards for Career and Technical Education (CTE). It includes a set of standards for each of 16 Career ClustersTM and their corresponding career pathways that define what students should know and be able to do after completing instruction in a Program of Study. A Program of Study is a comprehensive, structured approach for delivering academic and career and technical education to prepare students for postsecondary education and career success.
